Describe your previous duties and responsibilities:

As a Gangs Deputy Sheriff within the LSSD’s GET unit, my duties extended beyond those of a regular patrol deputy. My day-to-day responsibilities included regular patrols through gang-affiliated neighborhoods, conducting check-ins in areas with high gang activity, monitoring alleys and other known hotspots, responding to gang-related calls dispatched to us, and booking gang members on a daily basis through GANGNET. I also maintained regular communication with the LSPD's Gang Unit to ensure proper coordination and information sharing between our departments. Due to my experience and strong reputation within the team, I was also assigned to mentor newly joined deputies. This involved patrolling together, explaining how to properly approach and interact with gang members, gang culture, the meaning of gang affiliations, how to spot them, tags on walls, and putting those techniques into practice in real situations. Beyond my specific Gangs responsibilities, I was always available to provide assistance and backup whenever needed throughout the shift. Supporting other deputies and responding when additional manpower was required was an everyday part of my duties.

4. Motivation & Suitability

Why do you want to join the Los Santos Sheriff's Department?

I just want to do what I’ve always loved doing. I’ve never stopped enjoying this kind of roleplay, but life gets in the way. I’ve gotten older, taken on more responsibilities, and there simply haven’t been many servers where I could truly dedicate my time and enjoy myself. Now that we have this opportunity, I really want to give it another shot. Most importantly, I want to enjoy the game again while also contributing to the faction and providing quality roleplay for everyone involved.

Why should we accept you as an external transfer?

My years of experience in LEO roleplay are one of the main reasons I believe I could contribute a lot to the faction. I’ve never really stepped outside of the LEO roleplay, and over the years I’ve developed a strong understanding of how to create enjoyable and quality scenes. I’ve always focused on quality rather than simply getting things done as quickly as possible. I don’t mind taking the time needed to properly develop a scene, and I enjoy slower-paced, detailed roleplay where both sides have the opportunity to contribute and ultimately walk away feeling respected and satisfied with the outcome. On top of my experience, I’m genuinely motivated to get back to the game and be active. I believe this transfer would allow me to enjoy roleplay again while also bringing my experience.
